A short quiz will be given at the end of each module. You must pass all quizzes with a score of 85% or better to pass this course. Upon successful completion of the course the completion will be sent to the court/District Attorney’s Office.

You have only 30 days from registration/payment to complete and pass all all quizes/tests for the course. Be advised the student should take copious notes and study the material frequently before taking the test. Past results show us that students that do not take notes and carefully study the material are unlikely to pass this course.

If an individual is in need of a Substance Abuse or DUI Assessment an appointment must be scheduled by calling (818) 488-4264
Next, the client will be called or emailed and asked when they would like to schedule the assessment. The client must allow a minimum of an hour for the assessment to be administered. The client will be interviewed over the phone and the assessment will be typed and on its way to the proper court/authority/employer within three business days. If an individual needs a faster assessment or one expedited overnight additional charges will apply.
